Connect Media Solutions is a growing technology company providing Managed IT Services, Audio Visual (AV) solutions, cybersecurity, networking, cloud services, and technology consulting to businesses, churches, schools, and nonprofit organizations throughout Northwest Oklahoma.

We’re looking for a creative, organized, and self-motivated Marketing Coordinator to help grow our brand, generate leads, and showcase the work we do in our community.

Position Summary

The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for planning and executing marketing campaigns that increase brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and support business growth. This role works closely with the owner to create engaging content, manage social media, maintain the company website, and promote completed projects and customer success stories.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys both creative marketing and technology.

Responsibilities

  • Create and schedule content for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms
  • Photograph and video completed projects for marketing use
  • Design graphics, flyers, brochures, and promotional materials
  • Write blog posts, newsletters, and customer success stories
  • Update and maintain the company website
  • Assist with email marketing campaigns
  • Help plan and promote community events, trade shows, and networking opportunities
  • Manage the company content calendar
  • Monitor social media engagement and respond to messages when appropriate
  • Track marketing performance and provide monthly reports
  • Support recruiting efforts by promoting open positions and company culture
  • Assist with branding initiatives and marketing campaigns

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with one or more of the following is preferred:

  • Canva
  • Adobe Creative Cloud
  • WordPress
  • Social media management platforms
  • Photography and basic photo editing
  • Video recording and editing
  • Google Analytics
  • SEO best practices
  • Email marketing platforms
  • CRM systems

Experience marketing technology companies, managed service providers (MSPs), or commercial AV businesses is a plus but not required.
